Our 8,000 square foot facility features state-of-the-art fitness machines from Life Fitness selectorized equipment and Official Hammer Strength gym with 20 plus pieces, as well a broad selection of free weights and other equipment such as Swiss balls, medicine balls, bosus, bands, balance boards, bars and more.

Quest Fitness is the only fitness facility in southern Delaware to house a full apparatus pilates studio (see "Pilates" page for more details on Forever Fit).

Our areobics room is where you'll find our energetic instructors teaching a variety of cardio and strength training classes to get you moving.

Like cycling? Then you'll love our popular spin classes taught by certified Spin instructors on Spinning brand cycles.

Quest also offers comfortable space for our trainers and Registered Dietitian to provide personalized fitness and nutritional counseling.

You’ll find plenty of room throughout the gym for stretching during your warm-up and cool-downs.

Feeling adventurous? Check out our rock wall, available for individual and group climbing sessions, as well as birthday parties and other special events.

Other amenities include convenient child care as well as free towel service in our fully appointed locker rooms. We also offer a complete line of retail products featuring the Quest logo.
